Booking & Cancelation Policies 

NuLife Skin & Spa

Thank you for choosing NuLife Skin & Spa for your wellness needs. We kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following booking terms and cancellation policy before making any appointments. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined below:

1. Appointment Booking:

   a. To secure your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling in advance. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

   b. To book an appointment, please contact our receptionist via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

2. Arrival Time:

   a. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

   b. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent clients.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

   b. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the scheduled service cost.

   c. In case of packages or multiple services booked together, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total cost of the scheduled services.

4. Rebooking:

   a. If you choose to cancel your appointment with proper notice, we will be happy to assist you in rebooking at a convenient time.

   b. Rebooking is subject to availability and may require rescheduling for a future date.

5. No-show Policy:

   a. In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation), the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

   b. Payment for the no-show fee will be required before any future appointments can be made.

6. Redemption of Gift Certificates/Vouchers:

   a. Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   b. Expired gift certificates and vouchers will not be accepted.

7. Service Satisfaction:

   a. We strive to provide the highest level of service satisfaction at NuLife Skin & Spa. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please notify our staff within 24 hours of the service to discuss appropriate resolutions.

8. Spa Etiquette:

   a. We kindly request that all clients maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere within the spa premises.
